Returns and Refunds Policy

Change-of-Mind Returns

At Kirra Sydney, we have a 30-day return policy for change-of-mind purchases, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you simply change your mind.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at kirrasydneyinfo@gmail.com with photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.

How to Start a Return

To start any return process, you must contact us at kirrasydneyinfo@gmail.com. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the exact return address and detailed instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please do not send returns to the sender's address shown on the parcel.

Return Shipping & Costs (Change-of-Mind)

Eligible change-of-mind returns must be shipped back to our designated returns address, which will be provided once your return is approved.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
  • We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Orders in Transit

As some Kirra Sydney products are shipped internationally, delivery times may vary and are outside our direct control. If your order is already in transit, cancellation may not be possible. Please wait until delivery and then request a return if needed.

You may notify us in advance of your intention to return. Providing delivery confirmation may help speed up processing.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For change-of-mind, certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on sale items or gift cards. (Note: This exclusion does not apply to faulty items. Your consumer guarantees under ACL apply to all goods, including sale items).

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at kirrasydneyinfo@gmail.com.

Australian Consumer Law Notice

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
